Common causes are a damaged, empty or very short file. A file that fails never uses your quota.
Check that the file plays, convert it to .mp3 or .wav and upload it again. If the file is fine, try again later.

Your files are visible only to your account; other users can't see them. Files in accounts without a package that go 23 days without an edit get an email warning and are deleted 7 days later. Deleted files can't be recovered.
If a file cannot be transcribed, our team may ask your permission to look at it and find the cause.
